Our PL cover is 10m and PL cover is 2m, we have been established since 2006, are members of the FMB. Our preferred contract values range from £50,000 to £250,000 although we will consider above and below this depending on the particulars of the project.

ü     Change of use conversions, conversion of single units into multiple dwellings & vice-versa.
